In this document, “our” “us” repents Hikarinet, “you” repents customer who ordered our service(s). “Registrant” represents the individual or organization that applies for a domain name registration. “Registry” represents the administration of the domain name. “Server” represents the computer equipment that provides services to you. “Website” means the content you upload on our servers that is accessible on the Internet. “Terms of Service” means this Agreement. Hikarinet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting of the new Terms of Service on the Site.


1.Payments
1.1 Payment method: Stipe.


1.2 You must pay before the receipt expires, otherwise we have the right to close the receipt.


1.3 If a coupon code is used for an ingenerated payment, and if there is a limit on the number of coupon codes, it will be applied in the order in which the receipts are generated, and if the limit is reached, a receipt will be generated for you without a coupon code.


1.4 The price of the grocery trolley is for preview only, subject to the bill generated at the time of checkout.


1.5 If you use the promotional links of other accounts under your name when you purchase, we have the right to block the promotional account and the purchasing account together.



  1. Customer Supports
    2.1 The time limit for replying to a work order is 24 hours UTC +9 JST on a legal working day, and we will compensate you if we do not reply within 24 hours.


2.2 Technical support will try to solve your problem, but we have not solved the problem of the site cannot be profitable (similar problems we cannot solve, please forgive)


2.3 If you choose the wrong department for your work order, an employee will transfer you to the right department, but it may take longer to reply.


2.4 The work order department can provide language support: English / Japanese



  1. Refunds
    3.1 Refunds are allowed up to a certain number of times per Customer.


3.2 Each Customer is not allowed to choose the route of refund. If the original route of refund is available, the original route is preferred. If the original refund is available, the refund will be made to the account balance, or to the account balance if authorized.


3.3 Account balances resulting from downgrades will not be refunded.


3.4 Account balances generated from festivals/events cannot be withdrawn.


3.5 Promotional products, exclusive offers and other discounted products are not refundable.


3.6 Customers who are in violation of Hikarinet’s TOS (This Document) or restrictions will not refund.


3.7 Subject to clause 3.6, refunds are available within 24 hours of the Product’s activation (this does not apply if the Product’s traffic exceeds 5% of the Product’s monthly limit within 24 hours). This section does not apply to Products with refund instructions or to Pre-ordered Products.


3.8 Refunds for Pre-Owned Products will be processed in the same way as refunds for regular Products.


3.9 Refunds for products that have been active for more than 24 hours and not more than 7 days will be made at 80% of the remaining value of the product after it has been used. If the product has been in use for more than 7 days, it will not be included in the refund.


3.10 Due to the special nature of the Dedicated Server product, no refunds will be made after the product has been activated.


3.11 If the server provides traffic packs, the current cycle will be used to calculate the residual value based on the ratio of traffic pack usage/remaining date (whichever is the highest).


3.12 Malfunction Category: A full refund can be issued if the machine cannot connect due to network failures.


3.13 Description mismatched: If the product received differs from the website’s promise, a full refund can be requested.


3.14 None of the above problems: If the network meets the quality promised on the website, and the user requests a refund due to not meeting personal expectations, a 20% service fee will be deducted from the total order amount.


Any service fees paid are non-refundable.



  1. Service Suspension
    4.1 If the service is due for payment, your orders will be suspended immediately, and you need to pay your bill(invoice) to continue service.


4.2 If payment is not made within 7 days of the service expiration date, the service will be deleted and the data on the service will not be recovered.


4.3 During the suspension period, the service will be billed normally.


4.4 We reserve the right to suspend or even delete your service if its Hikarinet Terms of Service or service limitations.


4.5 We will not be responsible for the recovery of data loss (4.2) due to the expiration of the service.



  1. DDoS Defense Service
    5.1 If the product does not specify the DDoS defense value, your server(s) will not have defense.


5.2 If the product defense is greater than 10 Gbps, the attack traffic will be blocked until the end of the attack if it exceeds this threshold.


5.3 If the service is interrupted due to a DDoS attack, we do not count the interruption time as service downtime.



  1. Web Hosting Content
    6.1 You cannot use this web host to send spam/advertising emails.


6.2 You cannot use the web host as a proxy (including zmirror, adults’ media, Onion network, VPN, and other proxy programs).


6.3 You may not host illegal websites, please refer to the product usage restrictions.


6.4 Any violation of the law arising from the use of the hosting service may result in suspension or deletion of the hosting service, and our reserves the right of final interpretation of the final action taken to the extent permitted by law. Hikarinet reserves the right to report to law enforcement authorities.


6.5 Your hosting is protected by our security components, but our Hosting Services cannot guarantee that it can defend against zero-day exploits and does not guarantee that the server will be free from attacks or unauthorized modifications.


6.6 Hikarinet Hosting Services reserves the right to remove the following files without your permission: any pirated, cracked, adult, pornographic content and copyrighted video and audio files.


6.7 You may not store the following files on the web hosting.


Content that contains viruses, Trojan horses or other programs that cause damage to the server or to the viewer’s computer. any content that plans, develops, or encourages criminal behavior, any content that is not conducive to trademark protection, copyright protection, or patent protection. Content that jeopardizes the security of the world 6.8 Web hosting series without exclusive logo, please use the server resources reasonably, to comply with the provisions of the “use restrictions”, you should not affect the normal use of other customers.



  1. Content of the virtual server (VPS)
    7.1 You cannot use the virtual server to send spam/advertising emails, if you need to open mail (port 25/465/587), please ticket us. If you against with 7.1, you will loss the rights of open mail port.


7.2 Any illegal behavior generated by Hikarinet Web Hosting may result in the suspension or deletion of the hosting, Hikarinet Web Hosting reserves the right of final interpretation of the final action to be taken to the extent permitted by law. Hikarinet reserves the right to report to the law enforcement authorities.


7.3 Hacking in any form such as Trojan-horse virus, IP scanning, external attack, port scanning or attempting to invade any computer and network.


7.4 Placement of chat rooms, kangaroo, audio, video, high traffic downloads and other programs or activities that take up extreme resources (including but not limited to harvesting).


7.5 Prohibit any mining, coining etc. behavior.


7.6 Prohibit the provision of free public proxy, once found will be directly blocked to the expiration date.



  1. Virtual Server (VPS) IPv4 address replacement
    8.1 Within one days of VPS startup, the first one IP changes are free of charge.


8.2 VPS every 90 days as a cycle, in the cycle can be FREE to change the IPv4 address once.


8.3 The IPv4 address of the VPS can be changed for a fee of 2 USD per change.


8.4 If you need a specific IPv4 address, please contact our sales department for a solution, we will charge you or not depends on customer service department.


8.5 If the IP address is still blocked or not working with some area after the replacement, you can contact us for free manual replacement by submitting a work order within 24 hours. After 24 hours, it is considered that the IP replacement has been completed.


8.6 If many IP addresses are blocked during a special period, please contact us for a solution.


8.7 As [8.1, 8.2, 8.3] said, If we detected that currently IPs have been block/Join black lists, we will charge you USD 5.00 as the IP protect fee if you need to change IPs.
