We will do our best to ensure that IP can be connected normally worldwide, but there may be many force majeure factors, causing IP to be blocked in some countries and regions worldwide. Please check the IP connectivity within 1 hour after the order is opened. If there is a problem within 1 hour after opening, it can be replaced for free, and a fee will be charged for replacement beyond that.
For normally operating products, no original route refund policy is provided; if the opening time does not exceed 24 hours, and the uplink traffic does not exceed 2G, refund to the website balance service can be provided. (Update: 2024/06/05)
Explanation for normal operation: For VPS/Dedicated server series products, if the configuration performance meets the requirements, the network is normally connected, and if it is a shared bandwidth series product, the actual bandwidth reaches 30% or more of the promised bandwidth, it is considered normal operation (Update: 2023/12/07)
